I went twice and both times the servixe was wonderful. The portions are great and everything is delicious. I got the broken rice,the wings and I forgot three name of the drink it was a mocktail but it was all yummy. The second visits I got the other mocktail and the salad and the salad wad huge. They have two floors. The girl who was working is super friendly and very cheerful she gave amazing service and energy. I plan on going back to try more things soon.

Ngon Vietnamese Kitchen, a restaurant that traces it roots back to Northern Vietnam. There are three words I can use to describe this restaurant: Love, Comfort, and Family. The owner and managerial staff have a well established foundation in their first location in Dallas, Texas. I got a chance to speak with the owner of this wonderful establishment and discovered that she had opened this location in New York because her daughter had moved to New York and missed her home cooked meals. That is the ultimate love and devotion a mom can provide to her offspring. Dishes I have tried on my handful of visits at this restaurant include Pho Hanoi (Beef), Bun Bo Xao, Bun Rieu, Imperial Spring rolls (Fried spring rolls), Com Tam (Broken Rice with choice of protein porkchop or chicken chop) and mango salad. I thoroughly enjoyed every single dish I have had here. This Bun rieu reminds me of my grandma when she would labor for hours over the weekend to break down and pick away at blue crabs to establish the foundation of the Bun Rieu broth. As a Vietnamese American from Orange County with very high standards for Vietnamese food, I’m genuinely impressed by how authentic this place is! I think I found the best bún bò Huế in nyc. Heads up,it’s a little on the spicy side but it’s very flavorful! We tried the papaya salad, bún riêu, and bún bò Huế. I loved the beef jerky in the papaya salad. The bún riêu broth is definitely more crab-forward. The bún bò Huế was my favorite, it reminded me of my family’s cooking. Portion size is pretty generous, which I appreciate especially in nyc. The owners started a restaurant in Dallas before expanding to nyc, which explains why everything tastes so authentic! Service was great. Sean helped give us great recommendations. Overall, I’m very satisfied with all of the dishes I tried and I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. They’re also planning to expand their menu even more

I’ve been here 2 days in a row, and is definitely worth trying. For the first day we ordered mango shrimp salad with curry duck, and both of the dishes are amazing. And today I got Cơm Tấm, also super delicious. Definitely gonna come again

An amazing new restaurant! The interior is beautiful with lots of greenery and Vietnamese inspired decor. The staff was so so friendly. Christy was super sweet and explained the menu since my group wasn't too familiar with a lot of the items. I got the summer beet rolls, mi go, butterfly pea refresher, and yogurt with sticky rice. Everything was so good but the drink and dessert was definitely standout!! Excited to come back and try the flan 😊
